By using this website, you agree to these terms. Website information is general and does not itself create an auditor-client relationship. An engagement begins only when Scheduler Flowcore and the client sign a written scope and required deposit arrangements are met.
Services and client duties
Audit scope, timing, deliverables and fees are defined in the engagement letter. Clients must provide complete, lawful and accurate documents, identify tender deadlines and disclose relevant addenda. Clients remain responsible for the bid, all corrections, declarations, clarifications and submission.
No award or compliance guarantee
Our review reduces identifiable budget risk but cannot guarantee tender responsiveness, evaluation outcome, award or acceptance by a procuring authority. Legal, tax and procurement-law opinions are excluded unless expressly provided by an appropriately qualified adviser.
Intellectual property
Site text, design and audit methods belong to Scheduler Flowcore or its licensors. Clients retain ownership of their tender documents. The client may use paid deliverables for the named tender but may not resell our templates or methods.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from an engagement is limited as stated in its signed terms. We are not liable for indirect loss, missed deadlines caused by late or incomplete client material, changes after final review, or decisions of procuring authorities. Nothing excludes liability that South African law does not permit us to exclude.
Website availability and links
We may correct or withdraw website content. External image and information sources are not under our control. Users must not attempt to disrupt or misuse the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes fall within the jurisdiction agreed in the engagement letter or, for website use, the competent South African courts.
