When correction needs structure
Late addenda, supplier price changes and inconsistent workbook versions can leave a bid team with a list of known but unclosed exceptions. We establish one controlled issue register, assign each correction to the responsible person and independently retest affected totals.
The service is not emergency authorship of an incomplete bid. We accept it only when accountable client staff are available, source records can be identified and there is enough time for a controlled final version.
