Eligibility and requests
Email refund or cancellation requests to info@scheduler-flowcore.digital with the engagement reference and reason. Requests are assessed against the signed scope, work completed, reserved capacity and costs already incurred.
Before work starts
If the client cancels more than three business days before the agreed audit start and no substantive work or purchased third-party service has begun, the deposit is refundable less reasonable banking or administrative costs. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.
Work started or partially delivered
Once document triage, tender mapping or testing has started, fees for completed time and committed costs are non-refundable. Any remaining prepaid balance may be refunded. Completed findings, calls and final reconciliations are not refundable merely because a bidder changes strategy, misses submission or does not receive an award.
Rescheduling and tender changes
One reschedule may be requested at least two business days before the start, subject to auditor availability and the revised tender deadline. A procuring authority’s extension does not automatically move our reserved slot. Material addenda or replacement budgets may require a revised scope.
Late delivery and no-shows
If documents arrive late, we may reduce scope, reschedule or cancel where a reliable review is no longer possible. Missed readiness calls do not by themselves cancel the booking. Where client delay leaves reserved audit capacity unusable, the associated portion of the deposit may be retained.
Our cancellation
If we cannot perform agreed work and no acceptable reschedule is available, fees for unperformed work are refunded in full. Work already delivered remains chargeable unless materially defective.
Processing
We acknowledge requests within two business days and normally decide them within seven business days. Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days; bank processing times may vary. South African consumer rights and any mandatory legal remedies remain unaffected.
