Information and purpose
We collect contact details, organisation and tender context submitted in enquiries; correspondence and engagement administration; and limited technical logs needed for security and operation. We use it to respond, assess conflicts and availability, perform contracts, invoice, meet legal duties and protect confidential records.
Do not place identity numbers, bank records or confidential tender files in the website form. Secure transfer arrangements are provided after scope confirmation.
Legal basis and sharing
Processing is based on consent, steps requested before contract, contractual necessity, legal duties and legitimate interests in operating a professional practice. Retention
