Pre-submission budget compliance audit
From R18,500 excluding VAT. This starting fee assumes one bidder, one tender pack, one consolidated budget, up to six compulsory pricing schedules and one corrected version. A written estimate follows document triage.
Pricing schedule reconciliation
From R7,800 excluding VAT. This covers a focused comparison of prescribed commercial forms, the working cost model and supporting quotations, plus one retest.
Budget remediation review
Quote based. We first assess the exception list, workbook condition, decision-makers, closing time and remaining correction window.
What changes an estimate
Consortium or joint-venture structures, multiple lots, bills of quantities, foreign currency, escalation formulas, numerous supplier quotations, late tender addenda and compressed review windows all increase review effort. We do not add an urgency fee without explaining the additional staffing or out-of-hours work it covers.
Payment basis
A 50% engagement deposit reserves audit capacity, with the balance due on delivery of the findings register. Large or phased tenders may use milestone invoices. Fees cover the documented scope; new schedules, replacement budgets or a changed tender pack are estimated before extra work begins.
