Why the practice exists
Scheduler Flowcore was formed around a recurring bid-room problem: capable delivery teams can lose control of a commercial response when prescribed forms, cost models and implementation assumptions evolve on different timelines. Our role is to restore one traceable financial story before submission.
Relevant expertise
The practice brings together chartered accounting discipline, public procurement familiarity and hands-on review of labour schedules, bills of quantities, supplier quotations, travel assumptions and VAT treatment. Engagements are led from Sandton and delivered remotely across South Africa.
How we work with bid teams
We preserve the client’s source documents, record exceptions separately and cite the tender clause or schedule behind each finding. Material questions go to named decision-makers; corrections are made by the bid team and independently rechecked. This separation keeps ownership clear.
Our values are restraint, evidence, confidentiality and sufficient challenge. We will say when a file is not ready to audit, when timing creates avoidable risk, or when an issue belongs with legal or tax counsel.
People, not a scoring machine
Every engagement has a named lead auditor. Spreadsheets support arithmetic testing, but professional judgement determines whether a cost assumption is adequately supported and whether an inconsistency could affect compliance. Client files are handled under an engagement letter and need-to-know access.
